How do I cancel my Subscription? new copyUpdated an hour ago
Sign in to your Profile, and ensure you’re on the “Your Subscriptions” tab. If you’re not, please click “Your Subscriptions”.
Next, you’ll see a list of active and inactive Subscriptions. If you do not see an active Subscription, is it possible it’s registered to a different email address?
Click “MODIFY / CANCEL” to the right of the specific product you’d like to cancel:
You’ll then be offered the options to delay, edit, or cancel your Subscription. To cancel, click “MODIFY OR CANCEL” under “Subscription Settings”:
A new page will open, giving you another opportunity to delay, edit, or cancel your subscription. To cancel, click “CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION” on the right-hand side of the page. We'll send you an email confirming the cancellation within 24 hours.
If you are subscribed to multiple products, repeat steps 1-5 for each product you’d like to cancel.
