How do I update or delete my payment card?Updated a month ago
Subscription + Shop Pay customers:
- You can edit your credit card details by signing into your Profile, using your email and password, then:
- To change your card:
- Navigate to the 'Your Next Box' tab, scroll down to 'Subscription Settings', and click 'Payment Method'.
- Click 'Send Edit Payment Link' to receive a secure link to update your billing information.
- Check your email for a message with the subject 'Action Needed: Subscription Payment Update' and click 'View payment information'.
- Enter your new card details in the open tab and click 'Update Card' to save your changes.
- To delete your card:

- To change your card:
Apple Pay, and PayPal Users:
- If you've used Apple Pay or PayPal, your payment information isn’t stored in our system.
- To update or delete payment details, please refer to the respective app’s settings.
